Spring Awakening – Mindfulness & Yoga Sunday

I am so excited to bring you details of this Spring Workshop which I will be delivering jointly with Claire Ross of La Maison Yoga. Our hope is that by delivering together Claire and I will bring you a unique blend of mindfulness and yoga with the aim of awaking your senses and regenerating your mind, body and soul ready for all the beauty that spring has to offer.

Yoga and mindfulness are perfect partners. If you are new to mindfulness or yoga, please do not worry, we will ensure that everything we deliver is just as accessible to beginners as it is to those with more experience. And as we are exploring the senses, there will be delicious and nurturing vegan and gluten free snacks and light lunch provided by Massa’s Dessert Cafe Bar in Chorley, all included in the price of the day.

Here’s an idea of what you can look forward to during the day:-
• Gentle morning yoga – suitable for all abilities
• Mindfulness exercises to connect with our senses
• Meditations
• Yin Yoga
• Yoga Nidra
• Energising vegan snack
• Light & nourishing vegan / gluten free lunch
The workshop will take place in the peaceful loft retreat at Yaga Music, Chorley which has easy car parking just across the road.

5 hour workshop including refreshments and lunch – £40

Sharing Mindfulness Tuesdays

Sharing mindfulness is for anyone who has completed an 8 week course with me or has prior mindfulness experience. These follow up sessions allow us to connect with mindful friends, refresh our mindfulness practice and share a group meditation. Meditating together is extremely supportive and nourishing for most people and the 90 minute timing will also give us time to reflect on how mindfulness is working in our lives and explore a monthly topic a little more deeply.

The sessions are held in my home and are limited to 6 people so if you would like to join us please email me and I will reserve you a place and provide details of how to pay. Your place will be confirmed once I receive your payment. I am so looking forward to catching up with past students.

If a daytime Sharing Mindfulness would suit you better please let me know, as I am happy to run a second session during the day.
